We plan to launch Jobright as the closed beta version on Feb/13 (Mon), 2017. The closed beta version is the one we provide minimum functions in advance for specific customers and we'd like customers to know how it works. It's free of charge during the closed beta version so we would be glad if you could feel free to use it and give us feedback. We can improve our product based on your feedback. We will make the quick cycle of improvement in order to provide much better experience with you after the closed beta launch.
In this blog, I describe how we plan to develop and how you can experience through Jobright from now on.
Why we develop Jobright
We plan to provide Jobright from Vietnam to Southeast Asia first step by step. Therefore, I need to mention about the human resource market of SEA simply.
High turnover rate
In most of countries of SEA, it is generally said turnover rate is high. Of course, this strongly depends on the industries or welfare of companies. If turnover rate is high, companies would encounter the situation that employees might retire before they grow up enough even if they give employee training. Therefore, companies' needs "to recruit optimum required talents" tends to be stronger than "to recruit and educate young employees"
High population growth rate and economic growth rate
Of course, it also depends on the countries but countries in Southeast Asia show high population growth rate and economic growth rate currently. In other words, with the expansion of the market, more companies are steadily expanding and continuing recruitment.
How to efficiently adopt optimal human resources is key
Based on the above background, as a company's needs, how to efficiently recruit talented people is an important issue for current companies. As our next approach, our idea is to create an environment that allows employees to work for a long time. In order to solve this problem, we're developing Jobright and provide it to companies.
Jobright grows in three-stage rocket
Based on the above background, Jobright plans to grow in three-stage rocket.
1. Applicant tracking
In the initial version, we will concentrate on the applicant tracking function to make recruitment activities more efficient. This is to solve the problem "to need to recruit required talents efficiently".
As our approach, we will provide the functions to
I also mentioned in the article on "What we can do with Jobright", but we are planning to add more functions after the closed beta launch. In addition, we intend to strengthen cooperation with recruitment agencies and recruitment media, and to reduce the burden of approach to job seekers as much as possible.
2. Performance analysis
What kind of recruitment is "good recruitment"? Recruitment where a lot of entries come? Or the one you can find a lots of new employees?
Our idea is different.
A good recruitment is that the employed person performs his or her ability even after joining the company and leads the contribution to a company. That is the recruitment to find more talents
For that reason, we will make the recruitment process more efficient in the first stage rocket, analyze the performance after entering the company in the second stage rocket, and see the Return On Investment of recruitment activities in the real sense.
In addition, we will also focus on manpower management to organize a "strong team". As our approach, we are thinking about the function that promotes "more frequent feedback to members" which has been adopted recently in America.
HR assessment held only once or twice a year is already out of fashion.
In this era when the environment surrounding the business constantly changes, we are also required to correct trajectory according to the circumstances. Under these circumstances, what is required of managerial staff is to frequently feedback members as much as possible, encourage individual growth, and create an environment where individual growth can become the growth of the organization. In Jobright's second stage rocket, we are planning to automate the workflow that enables such frequent feedback, and to visualize its effect.
3. Automatic improvement of process
The third stage rocket is an automatic improvement of process. The system proposes improvements of the recruitment and feedback process built in the first and second stage rockets.
The process should be improved continuously while monitoring the effect. However, there are not many companies that analyze objectively and quantitatively the process of recruitment and feedback defined once, and review them.
Jobright analyzes the history of the recruitment process, the history of the performance analysis, the frequency of feedback from managers to members and so on stored in the database of the system, and proposes a better process, and encourages improvement of the process.
We work with the pride as "Vietnam National Team"
Jobright is developed by Scuti.
The slogan of this period of Scuti is "Vietnam National Team". This is a wish to work with the pride that each employee must be Vietnamese representative in order to provide services from Vietnam that will change the lives of Southeast Asia from now on.
Jobright is a service that spreads from Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and the world. For the development of Jobright we will provide services with the pride of Vietnamese representatives.
On February 13, 2017, Jobright will be launched in the closed beta version soon. We are hoping that everyone will use Jobright and be a fan!
