Why does it take long time for decision-making?
The cases that I raised at the top is not rare cases, and I guess they can occur on a daily basis. We can find some causes but they can be summarized into these points below.

1. Define evaluation criteria of each selection process in advance
This is a sample of a screen to evaluate a candidate when document selection.
Like I show inside the red area, Jobright defines what you evaluate in each selection in advance. With this function, you can prevent the difference of evaluation criteria depending on the PIC. Also, you can clarify the pass line and can make quick decision.
2. Define decision making method of each selection process in advance
This is also a sample of a screen to evaluate a candidate when document selection.
This shows decision making method inside the red area. You can define them for each selection in advance. What you can define is "How" and "Who". For example, you can define like "a candidate can advance to the next selection if ALL managers agree to pass" or "a candidate can advance to the next selection if at least ONE interviewer agrees to pass". With this definition, whether or not a candidate can advance to the next selection can be decided automatically if each PIC judges pass or fail.
