In Jobright, we can define who can "pass" each selection in advance. With this function, we don't need to discuss each time if he/she passes or not after selections. As definitions of decision-making, we need to set 2 types of parameters for each selection such as "How to judge" and "Judged by".
How to judge
What we have to notice is the decision-makers need to be the persons in charge of its selection. In other words, only the persons in charge of evaluation of the selection can be the decision-maker.
